And me

Just a moment
If you please
Let's chew the fat
Let's shoot the breeze
Let's take a walk

Down memory lane
I'm sure we've both
So much to say

So stop a while
Pull up a pew
Even though
We've things to do
We'll never have
This day again
So lend an ear
To this old friend
To pass the time
As we're meant to do
With fellowship
Just me and you
For that's what matters
That's the key
That's the value
Of you and me.

What a delightful poem! Yes, let's chat sometime. IN a Newcastle pub, perhaps?

Blessings and Bear hugs!

Thank you, Rob-bear :)
It's certainly a fine time of year to be in Newcastle! Although it would also be nice to be approaching a lovely winter's nap there in the north ;-)
